In the processing of doing Pega Decision Management Essentials (7.1) and trying to install the VMware player to do the exercises.  When I downloaded the zipped file and extracted the files in a separate folder, I was not able to VMware executable file to install the VMware Player.  I did have a previous version of VMware Player previously, but that has been de-installed before.  Not sure if this is causing me issues with installing a new version of the VM Player.  In the instructions, it states that there is supposed to be a folder called applications but I couldn't see it.  I just see 4 VM text files with the following text (did not copy all of it since it repeats:
