How to invoke an external website e.g. www.google.com from a button in a section rule and pas control to it please

On button you can configure on click event to launch "Open URL in window" action.
1. Check "Use Alternate Domain" check box.
2. Enter the suggested URL in "Alternate Domain URL" field.
