Hotfix release cycle

Hello Everyone,

We are hosting a Dockerized Pega platform with CICD capabilities for our client. We have automated the hotfix installation process for our Pega instances & we want to formalize a release calendar such that on a regular frequency deploy the latest Pega hotfixes published into our instances. So just wondering

1.If Pega has any release cycle / frequency for the hotfixes created. So that we can align our internal release calendar for patching/hotfix import. 

2.Also is there any better way to identify the newly released hotfixes (i.e. Pega notifies the clients for any security vulnerability like the recent A21 security hotfix but not for other functional/performance related hotfixes)
