I am very new to whole pega,
how can i start what are the things i need to learn before i enter into pega
after from where i need to begin

Hello,
The things you need to know before starting is that PEGA is a friendly user OOP and hardly ever you will use java code.

I recommend you to start with the Fundamentals course which will help you to know PEGA and it's features.
You may also visit the PEGATube https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/two-new-support-guide-troubleshooting-videos-posted-pegatube for tutorials.
