Sharing the CLSA exam scenario is a violation of the CLSA code of ethics. This may result in suspension of all PRPC certifications for a period of up to 3 years. Please refer to the code of ethics below.

Introduction
The CLSA is the most prestigious certification that Pegasystems offers. Possession of the CLSA
certification is the indicator to our Peers, Partners and Clients that the holder has the level of PRPC
knowledge to be an expert advisor on their engagements. As such, it is critical that we take measures to protect the integrity of the exam itself and the grading process.

In addition to adhering to the company’s code of conduct, a candidate must adhere to the CLSA Program code of ethics below or face serious consequences.

CLSA Candidate Code of Ethics

• Do not plagiarize material (design questions document or rules).
• Do not collude on his/her application build.
• Do not discuss the specifics of the exam scenario with others.
• Do not pose specific questions about the exam scenario to other candidates, existing CLSA’s or other employees. When taking the exam, you may clarify any requirements with the Immersion team ONLY.
• Do not use an existing application submission as a starting point for your work.
• Do not review any design documentation from another person’s submission.

Consequences

If, as a candidate in this program, you have not adhered to these policies, you will automatically fail the
exam and will be barred from taking the exam again for a period of 3 years. The violation will be
reported to the candidate’s respective organization and the Company Compliance Officer at which time
additional actions may be taken up to and including termination.

Existing CLSA Code of Ethics

• Do not answer questions from a CLSA candidate specifically related to the exam scenario.
• Do not share previous work (RuleSets or Documents) with other candidates or other CLSA’s.
• If you are asked for any of this information by anyone, please decline.

Consequences
Any CLSA found to have deliberately violated this policy will have their CLSA certification status put on
probation for 3 years. The violation will be reported to the CLSA’s respective organization at which
time additional actions may be taken.
