Guided FW to business admin to update set of business rules

most of you might have came across with scenario in which IT want to unload some of business rule update e.g. set of rule - decision table, data tables and cascading routing to business admin. 

we have created process to identify rules which can impact to functional components and shares with business admin to update. however i am trying to find if we have better option i.e guided process to business admin.
