Fix all dead links in pega community

There is a lot of dead links when searching through Pega, mostly because Pega moved from pdn.pega.com to community.pega.com. It is very frustrating to find articles in Pega when you read through a thread but find a dead link because of the URL change. Pega should either do a proper redirect or update all links in the comments through some automation.
