error while submitting modal window using actions (activity and close)

When using button in modal dialog with action set (close and an activity), getting the below error on clicking.

The action is not allowed as it is outside the current transactio

Error message of The action is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction would be displayed as you are calling close first next an activity. The context is missing for the transaction to perform. As mentioned by Sahup change the order first call the activity and next close.
