Display dynamic year in dropdown

I want to get the 7 years in the drop down list calculating from the system date/year

You may want to consider using a Data Transform to perform the calculation of the 7 years from the system date/year, then use a Data Page to source from the Data Transform. You can then make use of the Data Page as the source for your pxDropdown control.
