pxObjClass is the class (or template) of the object ie) All property Rules are instances of the Rule-Obj-Property class just as all activity rules are instances of Rule-Obj-Activity class.
pyClassName is the applies-to class of the Rule which determines the scope of reuse

Also note that certain rules do not have an Applies-To class, examples being Rule-Utility-Library, Rule-Utility-Function, Rule-File-Binary.
Applies-To class is an important component for rule resolution but only for rules that have an Applies-To class.
The same Library Function would be called regardless the Applies-To class of an Activity or Data Transforms that calls the Library Function.
Similarly a Rule-File-Binary is resolved purely by its class keys and version. Applies-to class does not apply. :- )

Hi Sarvana,
pyClassname is only available for rule types in Pega to identify the applies to class of a rule.
Since workobject or case is not a rule type in Pega, there is no need for pyClassname
Thank you,
Adithya
