Difference between pr_ and pc_ table naming convention
Hi,
This question might be little silly. I was wondering what is the difference between the naming convention of database table when it is created from Data type. As per my assumption when we create work class try to map to table it is pc_, and when data class it is pr_. Can any one guide me the basic algo for generating the data table name.

pr_ and pr4_ identify tables for activities, properties, requestors, and other features of the rules engine, corresponding to Pega-RULES RuleSet capabilities.

a) Starting with pr4_ : All core rules of pega (flows,properties etc) are stored in tables with pr4_ as prefix.Similarly all analytical data about the rules are also stored in pr4_ tables. ex: PR4_LOG_RULE_USAGE.
b) Starting with pr_ : These tables are generally cache tables, data rules tables,queues etc.
c) Starting with pc_ : These are the traditional data tables (pega terminology) . Work tables, work history tables, attachments,links etc
