Q. Do I need to be on the Pega network or VPN to access my Customer Service Guided Tour application?
A. No, the Guided Tour application may be used from the internet. You do not need to be on the Pega network.
Q. Are there any limitations in the demonstration application?
A. The Customer Service Guided Tour was designed to provide more of a “sneak peek” at Pega Customer Service application with Pega Marketing , so many of the standard service requests, web self-service, chat, Co-Browse, knowledge management, and other capabilities are not supported in the Guided Tour. If you’re interested in learning about the full, omni-channel, award-winning Pega CRM application suite, please contact your Pega Account Executive to schedule a demonstration.

A. Support is exclusively offered through these forums. If you have a question or run into an issue, post about it here & we’ll be sure to get back to you as quickly as we can. That is, if one of your fellow users doesn’t get to it first!
