Content discrepancy in the System architect essential 7.3,7.4
Hi Team,
While studying "ADDING OPTIONAL ACTIONS TO A CASE TYPE" in the System architect essential 7.3,7.4, i have found the below discrepancy in the content.
Optional user action:-
After completion of the optional user action, the user may or may not return to the primary path of the case.
Knowledge Check-What are the main differences between an optional user action and an optional process?
An optional user action is a single task and typically returns to the primary path of a case, whereas an optional process is a series of steps that may or may not return to the primary path of a case.
In one line it says that Optional user actions, the user may or may not return to the primary path of the case. And in another line it says that it typically return to Primary path.
From my understanding, Optional User actions return to Primary path only. If my understanding is correct. Could you please update the content in the training material?
Thanks & Regards
