On page 10, there are instructions to add steps for Confirm Benefits Elections and Confirm Dependent Coverage to the Benefits Enrollment case type. However, these two steps are not taken any further in terms of development.

Based on what you have learned so far, try adding the necessary flow actions and sections to these steps. The general approach would be to create a flow action + container section in the relevant case type, and use the original sections from the respective data classes as includes in the container section.
