Cannot access linked document "How to implement single sign-on with SAML"

During lessons on security and SSO ,lesson How to Set Up Single Sign On with SAML, it is asked to the students to take a look at the article:

but I get an error saying ACCESS DENIED

 

can you pls have a look so I can proceed with the reading and the lesson?

Hi I think is releted to my profile, just asked to a colleague to try to open the same link and also for him the error is access denied.

Maybe is correct that is not available to customer profiles but since referenced in the LSA we would like t have it available

 

Just as an addition the is also a missing image in the Creating a Site Specific Cipher lesson
