Hi Pallavi,

Are the entries for JAR files - castor-0.x.x.jar and xerces.jar always available in PR_ENGINECLASSSES table in an upgraded or New Pega 7.1.9 environment ? If so, will this issue always occur in Pega 7.1.9?

Hi Jaffer,

The customer has explicitely added these jars in their environment which caused this specific issue after upgrade.to Pega 7.1.9. After removing the jars and restarting the server, application woks as expected.
