how to call decision table from when rule in Pega cosmos
HI,
My requirement is that, pass parameters from when rule and decision table , evaluate in table and return true/false to when rule.
Please let me know how can we achieve this.

Call below Data Transform in DataPage and call DataPage in When rule to pass parameter.
@DecisionTable.ObtainValue(tools,Primary,"DecisionTableName",true)

You may create a when rule with necessary parameter for the decision table to execute. And use @DecisionTable.ObtainValue(PublicAPI,ClipboardPage,String,boolean) function to execute the table and get the result back to when rule.
