How to run RPA Automation from a Pega Case
I have implemented two RPA solutions and deployed it to Robot Manager.
I am using a separate Runtime machine to start these automations from Robot Manager which is working fine.
Now my requirement-
- I have another Pega Application hosted in a different server.
- Now is it possible to invoke the above 2 automations from the case without the Robot Manager component?

Are you considering attended RPA or unattended RPA? - It's an unattended RPA but the business wants an option to start the robot from their end.
When you say "invoke the above 2 automations from the case without the Robot Manager component", do you mean to invoke the automations from the Pega Application in server 1 while Robot Manager is hosted on server 2? - Yes, that is correct.
