Hi Amiyaranjan,

 

Can you elaborate little bit more.

I am assuming  you want to create an operator Id by providing details right?

In that case create a section rule  and add necessary fields i.e User name , Password etc and then use CreateOperator Activity (OOTB) and pass parameter to the activity.(Org,Div,Unit, Access Group,Username,password).
