View outlook calendar availability
Is there a way to integrate outlook calendars so that the person's availability is shown to the user? I would like to use this as a way to schedule meetings from within the system while ensuring that the time slot is available to the other party.

We aren't using Pega Sales Automation - so is this something that we can still use without using that product? We are just using Pega 7.2.2 with no additional add ons.

Yes we have a capability to integrate Microsoft Outlook in pega. You can refer : https://docs-previous.pega.com/integrating-pega-sales-automation-microsoft-outlook
