Periodically, we provide clients with a reminder of our Keeping Current policy. As such, this advisory provides information on the following:

Extended Support Reminder
Clients are reminded to review the critical requirements for Infinity ’25 release, which we advised in our Q3 Keeping Current with Pega advisory.
If you’re already on Pega Infinity ‘25 or will be shortly, then you need not take any action. Otherwise please be aware of a few critical dates related to our Extended Support program:
- September 30, 2025, Standard Support ended for Infinity ‘24.1. It is now in Extended Support
- April 30, 2026, Standard Support ends for Infinity ’24.2, at which point it will enter Extended Support
- On February 28, 2025, Infinity ’23 entered Extended Support. It will remain in Extended support until September 30, 2026
After the Extended Support period expires, Pega no longer releases patches or hotfixes to address bugs or security issues.
If your version of Pega software passes the end of Extended Support, you are out of compliance, and you must update your application to the latest version and patch to ensure you are on the most secure, reliable, and feature-rich version of Pega Infinity.

Pega Cloud for Government
Please note that if you are a Pega Cloud for Government client, your extended Support timetable may differ. Please review the Pega Cloud for Government Extended Support schedule.
Changes in our Communication Policy
We are currently reviewing our communication strategy and are looking for ways to reduce the number of direct client advisories [CAD cases] created. Going forward, we want to restrict CAD cases to specific 'calls to action' with clear instructions on what clients need to do.
Messages which are informational or require long-term planning will be communicated through our new Support Technical Communications page on the Support Center.
