New Forum Experience Coming Soon

A new and elevated forum will go live outside of Support Center at the end of February, plus more ways to get recognized for your Community engagement. Learn the details below.

What's changing about the forums at the end of February, 2026?

The forum experience you are familiar with on Support Center will move to a new platform to support a better Community Forum experience overall. This will be the new destination for all peer Q&A, discussions, communities of practice, and developer knowledge sharing.

Why are the forums moving out of Support Center?

We know the immense value of a thriving community...and the ease in which you can collaborate, reach out, and converse with your peers across the globe. So, we’re investing in a new forum platform to bring you an experience that will make it easier for you to ask your product questions, converse with your Expert Circle members, and share your ideas and knowledge.

What are the benefits of the new forum site? What's in it for me?

We’re excited to introduce a new Community Forum platform that’s built for you and will be easier than ever to connect, share, and be recognized for your expertise. The new experience brings together the best features of leading online communities, and a streamlined path to the answers and connections you need. This is our commitment to you for a thriving, collaborative community.

You’re the star, because you are the Community! We’re launching enhanced recognition opportunities so your skills can shine. You can learn more about our recognition and engagement framework here

What are the expected changes to take place?

  • Support Center forums (Questions and Discussions) and Expert Circle spaces will move to a new forum domain at the end of February, 2026.
  • Support Center will still be your domain for AI-forward developer help, support documentation, and technical updates.
  • Posts you follow or have bookmarked on Support Center or Expert Circles will be migrated to the new site, with some exceptions.
    • The following content will be brought over to the new forums experience:
      • Questions and Discussions posted in Support Center from August 30, 2020 beyond that are marked with a solution, marked with Pega Academy or Developer Knowledge Share, or pass a high view and engagement rate. In addition, all Expert Circle Conversations will be moved to the new forum.
  • Your Support Center forum activity will move to the new forum platform. To view this after the migration, go to the new forum experience (link coming soon), and select your avatar at the top right. Select the Profile icon, and then the Activity tab.

  • Your Support Center activity to date will contribute to your progress in the new engagement program.
  • You will receive bell notifications in the new forum site, and receive email notifications.
  • Contacting moderators: The moderator experience will be changing with our new platform, but we will be providing ways to get help, get in touch with Pega product professionals, or contact support.

Are there any actions users should take in advance of this change?

If you have bookmarked Questions or Discussions on Support Center that do not meet the criteria above, you may want to save it locally.

Where to get help: You'll find help options related to the new forum experience on our centralized help page and linked out from the forums.

We'd prefer it if you saw us at our best.
