@LeoL16597383  when you have complex process where so many approvals authority changes that mean routing to many people need some integrations to add then you go for normal process .

when you think that it’s only one person who has tO work and no routing should be done , making your complex user form into smaller units and making end user to fill it with ease then do go for screen flow

1.Screen flow is the flow cannot create a work object by default  but can be optimized.(by default the option in flow is disabled).but process flow we can create work object by default.

2.In Screen flow Per assignment only one flow action can be called but Process flow is one where more than one flow action per assignment.

3.Process flow  for different assignments different harness can be called but for screen flow only one harness can be called.( harness option is provided only on start shape in screen flow)

4.Routing can be done to same operator for screen flow but process flow can be routed to multiple .

5.Next and Back Button are available in (forward and backward navigation) are available in screen flow  but only submit button is available is present in process flow
