Pega community edition application creation

I am not able to create new application as the ruleset for my application is not available and it is locked. 

Can you let me know, how i can unlock the ruleset in my application? I have tried in vain.

Hi @AnandI17667103: Can you provide additional details on this. By default Community edition will allow you to create a new application using Pega Blueprint. If you are importing a new blueprint, it should create your required rulesets.
