Cannot access project delivery registration page (partner)
I work at a partner, have admin level access to the partner portal, can see all the portal segments / actions possible in 'tasks' I can register a deal - but when selecting 'track a delivery project' (to register our labb client projects) I receive an error message "Unfortunately, you don't have access to view Delivery Projects." please can you help troubleshoot

@SoumyajitB thank you for the response. I have access to view our dashboard, but the bottom right box in which the delivery projects are listed, I get the following message: You do not have access to Delivery Project status metrics. Please contact your Partner Administrator in your company for access.
My Partner Administrator has given me admin access, please can you advise how come i cannot view the delivery projects? which action needs to be taken to resolve

Even though you have admin access to the partner portal, it looks like your account is missing the specific permission to access the “Delivery Projects” section. This feature might need a special role like “Delivery Manager” or may only be available to certain partner types. You can try checking your user role settings in the portal to see if this access is included. If not, it’s best to contact your Partner Account Manager or the Partner Portal Support team and ask them to give your account access to register and track delivery projects. Also, try opening the portal in a private browser window or clearing your cache in case it’s a session issue

As far I know you need login to my.pega.com and navigate to organization->my dashboard->delivery projects-> view all projects, and you should able to access the page based on your access privilege.
