Request for Pega CSI software package
I have raised a request for Pega Customer Service for Insurance package on 3rd feb 2025 and the request id is SD-301572. The status for the ticket is Pending-Approval could you please let me know when this is be available as it is already been 2 weeks. It is required for our upgrade to 24.1 as soon as possible.
@RAMPRADEEP the forum moderators have no control over your Software Requests , nor do we have access to your My Software portal which is hosted on My Pega.
You are referencing a SD ticket.
The product support teams only work on INC and SR tickets: Support ticket categorie and types
Please use the Get Help pages in order to find out who to approach with your Software enquiry.
In this instance it seems you need to reach out to the My Pega team, as they are the ones who manage My Software
