Hi Team,
Any update please.

Please post the actual PegaRULES-Alert log if you want specific help. In general you should look at the alerts to see where the time is being spent. You would then want to have DBA run explain plan on the query and add appropriate indexes to speed up the query performance.

From the excel sheet shared you can look for PEGA0005 alerts and from there filter the KPIOVERTHRESHOLD for the max values .
From the long tab find the long running queries ,submit to DBA then as said by Celeste your DBA will run the explain plan and from there take it further .
Thanks,
Arun

Hi,
We have also faced similar long running queries on cache tables. Attached queries also contains the OOTB cache tables in delete queries.
pr_sys_appcache_shortcut
pr_sys_appcache_dep
pr_sys_app_hierarchy_flat
pr_sys_class_ancestors
GCS team suggested to truncate the cache tables and reset the DB stastics. It worked for us.
Thanks,
Deva.
