I'm working on integrating Pega Knowledge application with my existing Pega application (build on Cosmos). According to the implementation guide, I must add specific Pega Knowledge rulesets in my application: 

• PegaKM
• PegaKMDiagnostics
• PegaKMInt
• PegaKMToggles
• KMReports

After this configuration nothing works, and I had to add PegaKMPortal ruleset. And then comes the next problem: many rules from OOTB rulesets are overriden in PegaKMPortal. Is this expected behavior or am I misunderstanding and missing something?

Why doesn't the implementation guide say anything about that?
