how we can retrieve the following performance-related information for Mycase application deployed on the Pega platform
how we can retrieve the following performance-related information for Mycase application deployed on the Pega platform:
Transaction Response Time Graph
Is there a graph or tool available that shows the full transaction flow—from when a user triggers a request via the web, through the application processing, to when the response is delivered back to the user?
Alternative Metrics (if the above is not available)
If such a graph isn’t available, are there any other visualizations that show the processing of transaction events within the application and the corresponding response times to the end users?
So far, we’ve identified two potentially relevant metrics:
- The “Response Time” graph under Usage Metrics > Interactions, which seems to reflect internal application processing time only?
- The “Interactions” graphs under Event Monitoring, which seems it doesn’t appear to allow filtering by specific applications?
Let me know how we can gather the necessary data from Pega platform please?

These tools help track slow interactions, response times, and end-to-end flow from user request to system response. If a complete transaction flow graph isn't available, you can still check the "Response Time" chart under Usage Metrics, which shows how long Pega takes to process a request, but not the full round-trip. You can also check the "Interactions" section under Event Monitoring, but it doesn’t allow filtering by application name. For deeper analysis, you can use the Tracer with Performance Analyzer (PAL) or connect Pega logs to tools like Splunk or Grafana to build your own performance dashboards.
