Dear All,

My requirement is to send, receive and reply to all emails dynamically along with previous email chain and history from Pega .

But currently available functionality is not up to the mark , and the reply emails are attaching as original email and the send emails also attaching in attachment category.

the expected functionality is likely to have an outlook email or Gsuit email integrated functionality
