I have been asked to introduce Control Groups in the campaign we are currently developing it.
I know we need to create a segment specifying the control group (start-end date), and also I know we need to apply some logic in our strategy in order to target the customers that are inside the control group taking into account the MKTtype and Values, between other properties...
However, the business is asking if we can implement different eligibility criteria for each control group run.
For the first campaign run: If the customer is blond and wears tshirt then we can send him an SMS1 or SMS 2
For the second control group run, if the customer is black hair and wears trousers the we can send him/her SMS 3 or SMS 4
For the third control group run if....
And so on till 6th run.
Is it possible to apply this? And if so... Any idea?
